1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between turnifure.com (“turnifure.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), represented by Javier Carrera, and the individual or entity purchasing CNC-ready DXF furniture plans (“Plans”) or subscribing to the Maker’s PASS service (“you” or “your”). By purchasing Plans or subscribing to Maker’s PASS, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Grant of License
2.1 Plan Purchases
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, turnifure.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and Access: Download and access the purchased Plans.
- Personal Use: Manufacture and assemble a single unit of the product for personal use.
2.2 Maker’s PASS Subscription
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, turnifure.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and Access: Download and access the Plans available on turnifure.com at the time of your subscription.
- Manufacture and Commercialize: Manufacture and commercialize the furniture products (“Products”) resulting from the Plans within your country or territory at the time of subscription.
3. License Restrictions
- No Transfer or Sharing: You agree not to share, transfer, sell, or distribute the Plans to any third party, except for the single unit you are permitted to manufacture and assemble for personal use if you purchased an individual plan.
- Time Limitation (Maker’s PASS Only): The license granted under Section 2.2 is valid only for the duration of your active subscription period, which is one year from the date of your last payment.
- Geographical Limitation (Maker’s PASS Only): The license granted under Section 2.2 is limited to the country or territory specified in your subscription.
- No Exclusivity (Maker’s PASS Only): This Agreement does not grant you any exclusive rights to manufacture or commercialize the Products. turnifure.com may license the same Plans to other Makers in your region.
- No Impersonation or Misrepresentation (Maker’s PASS Only): You agree not to impersonate turnifure.com, Javier Carrera, or sell the Products using the turnifure.com brand name. In all your marketing and sales materials, you must clearly identify turnifure.com as the designer of the Plans and explicitly state that the Products are not manufactured by turnifure.com. You may use the following statement in your product descriptions: “Designed by turnifure.com. Manufactured by [Your Company Name].”
4. Subscription and Renewal (Maker’s PASS Only)
- Subscription Fee: The subscription fee for Maker’s PASS is payable annually.
- Renewal: To maintain access to the Plans and continue manufacturing and commercializing the Products, you must renew your subscription annually at the then-current subscription price.
- New Designs: Access to Plans for designs launched after your initial subscription date requires renewal at the updated yearly subscription price, which reflects the inclusion of new designs.
5. ModMaker Usage (Maker’s PASS Only)
- Fair Use: turnifure.com reserves the right to limit the number of plan generations per unit of time in ModMaker if it determines that the tool is being abused or used in a manner that disrupts the service for other Makers.
- Rate Limiting: To ensure fair access for all Makers, turnifure.com may implement rate limits on plan generations, such as a maximum number of generations per minute or hour.
6. Product Responsibility and Compliance
- Maker Responsibility: As the purchaser of materials, manufacturer, and controller of the Products’ quality, you are solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable local regulations and safety standards.
- Liability: You assume full responsibility for the quality and safety of the Products and any consequences resulting from the end customer’s assembly or use of the Products.
7. Assembly Animations
- Referral to Animations: You may refer your customers to the assembly animations on turnifure.com only if you are confident that the Products and assembly instructions comply with all applicable local regulations and safety standards.
- Assembly Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for the assembly process, even if your customers refer to the assembly animations provided by turnifure.com.
8. Disclaimer
- No Warranty: The Plans and Products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, turnifure.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the Plans or Products.
9. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Plans and Products, including but not limited to copyrights and design rights, remain the exclusive property of turnifure.com.
- No Modification: You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Plans without the express written consent of turnifure.com.
10. Termination
- Termination by turnifure.com: turnifure.com may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to you if you breach any provision of this Agreement.
- Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to turnifure.com.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination of this Agreement, your license to use the Plans and manufacture and commercialize the Products will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled amicably between the parties. If the parties are unable to reach an amicable settlement, the dispute shall be finally settled by [Specify Dispute Resolution Method, e.g., arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution] in [City, Country]].
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Notices
All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered via email.

15. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the waiving party.
By purchasing Plans or subscribing to Maker’s PASS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
