Starting my first Bed

A bed design project aiming for a strong bed that requires only CNC milling of one 1220 x 2440 panel and no hardware.
A twin bed is achievable, 3/4 is pretty hard to achieve and double is almost impossible.

It also has the plus that the grid mattress suport arrangement allows for improved mattress air circulation.
