My bed with desk model is almost finished!
Here’s an update of my Deskbed(bed with desk) project. It requires 2 boards of 1220 x 2440 mm and the parts are nested so you can combine 2 different materials and the finished thing is symmetric. See the render below, the white parts are nested in board 1 and the woodgrain parts in board 2.

I also improved it by adding slats to give it more strength in the mattress support grid arrangement and giving the desk 50 more millimeters of depth and adding a concave cut in the middle that also gives clearance for a vacuum machine to enter when in bed-position.
Now I have to do the assembly animation and a version for the US market boards of 3/4 inch thickness.
